REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: 1 AUGUST 2024

In the end of product experience period, customer needs to return the product in the same package, we sent and product must be in good condition. In the event of product loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear, Vansaya reserves the right to retain the full or partial security deposit based on the severity of the loss or damage.
